About our English practical courses

With our practical English group courses you’ll speak English from the very first class, practising in small groups alongside students at a similar level. Whether you want to build confidence for daily life, express yourself more fluently, or communicate with precision at work, there’s a practical course designed for exactly where you are.

CEFR levels A0 up to C1 suitable for English general courses — From beginner to Advanced
Our practical English group courses cover the CEFR levels from the A0 level up to the C1 level.

English For all levels

Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced learner, we offer English practical courses for every level. From A0 up to C1. Our levels are based on the CEFR, the European standard. Therefore, the levels are internationally recognised. Learn more about the CEFR levels on this page.

Rather than focusing only on theory, you will actively use English in every class, building confidence, fluency, and accuracy step by step.

At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate of participation.

Goal: learn the first essential words and phrases so you can introduce yourself, talk about your day-to-day life, and handle simple everyday situations in English.

I had 1:1 classes and I highly recommend my teacher Joshua: after an assessment of my level of Dutch, Joshua has actively listened and understood my goals. Joshua has been able to tailor and customize lessons specifically on my needs. I appreciated Joshua’s competence, empathy, patience and care throughout all lessons. The study material, the grammar references, the exercises, the corrections on mistakes and the feedback on area of improvements are some of the features that made this course among the best I have ever had. Thanks to Joshua supporting approach I won my initial lack of confidence and embarrassment on kicking off a conversation in Dutch. I’ve been taking Dutch lessons since September with Saskia (highly recommend as a teacher) and im now doing B2/C1 level Dutch. Our semi-intensive general English courses are given throughout the year, every 8 weeks more or less. Lessons are given twice per week (2 hour per lesson). The courses take 6 weeks, with 24 hours in total.
