Terms and Conditions – Group course
Applicability
- The Money Back Guarantee for Group Courses is only applicable to general group courses and conversation courses. This offer does not apply to company courses.
- The Money Back Guarantee is only valid in the case of the dissatisfaction in terms of the teacher’s methodology and content of the course.
- The Money Back Guarantee is not valid for reasons beyond the control of Language Corner
When can the student apply for the Money Back Guarantee for Group Courses?
- The student should discuss the dissatisfaction before the second lesson with the teacher and must give the teacher the opportunity to adjust the lessons based on the given feedback.
- The student must submit a refund request before the third lesson of the student’s registered course.
- The student must attend both of the first 2 lessons of their registered course in full.
Form of submission
- The form must be submitted within 5 working days of the completion of the second lesson, and must include a detailed motivation of the dissatisfaction.

Terms and Conditions – Private lessons
Applicability
- The Money Back Guarantee for Private Lessons is only applicable to private lessons.
- The Money Back Guarantee is only valid in the case of the dissatisfaction in terms of the teacher’s methodology and content of the course.
- The Money Back Guarantee is not valid for reasons beyond the control of Language Corner
When can the student apply for the Money Back Guarantee for Private Lessons?
- The Money Back Guarantee applies only to private lesson packages that include a Trial Lesson.
- The student may cancel the package after the Trial Lesson and before the second lesson takes place. The cancellation request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the start of the second lesson, where technically possible.
- Upon valid cancellation, the remaining amount of the package will be refunded. The Trial Lesson itself is non-refundable.
- This Money Back Guarantee applies only to the first package purchased by the student. The guarantee does not apply to follow-up packages, unless a new teacher is assigned and a new Trial Lesson is explicitly included.
- Lessons that have already taken place cannot be refunded.
Form of submission
- The cancellation request must be submitted in writing by email.
- The email must clearly state the student’s name and the intention to cancel under the Money Back Guarantee.
- Requests submitted after the stated deadline or not in written form will not be eligible for a refund.
