¡Hola! My name is Paloma and I teach Spanish at Language Corner. I am originally from Granada, in southern Spain, and I’ve been living in Amsterdam for over 20 years.
When I was a little girl, my favorite thing to do was reading so I ended up studying Literature and Linguistics and teaching Spanish as a second language right after Uni.
Besides languages and reading I enjoy stand-up comedy, playing board games with friends, crocheting and making jigsaw puzzles.

For a long time I worked in a corporate environment which allowed me to travel the world and experience other cultures, but my heart was not in it.
That’s why in 2020 I decided to put my energy into my real passions and now I work as a Professional Home Organizer as well as a Spanish teacher 🙂

Teaching my beautiful language is a privilege and a lot of fun. Hope to see you soon!
