My name is Robbert. I grew up in the USA. I have been based in Amsterdam for nearly two decades. Time flies!

Although it’s not always easy to learn a new language, learning how to communicate in different situations can open so many possibilities. I like to be the one that can help with that.
I have been teaching English since 2011.The best thing about teaching at Language Corner is being able to meet people from all over the world. The students enjoy it too!

My hobbies are electronic music and gastronomy. On the weekends, I can be seen cycling in the dunes near Zandvoort, and in the winter, speed skating on the ijsbaan.
